Claude cannot take video as input. Watch turns a video into what it can read: frames sampled into timestamped contact sheets plus a transcript made locally on your Mac with faster-whisper, no API key and no per-minute fee. For call recordings it labels speakers offline and pulls out decisions, next steps and objections, and the file never leaves your machine.
